Cabrini Quick-Start
Now that you know about the application process, you are probably wondering what to do next. The application process typically follows the sequence below:
-
Student submits application in person, online, or by mail. Student is encouraged to have an advising appointment with a faculty member as soon as possible to discuss specific program requirements such as coursework, timelines, and transcript evaluation for credit transfer.
Letter of recommendation and one-page personal statement may be submitted before or after student meets with advisor. Official (college-sealed envelope) or unofficial (photocopies) of college transcripts must be provided for the advising appointment, but 'official' college transcripts must be provided before an admissions decision can be rendered.
Recommendation letters and personal statements can be mailed, emailed (graduate@cabrini.edu) or faxed (610-902-8522). Decisions on completed applications are automatically made within 48 hours once application has been completed. Student is automatically notified of the admissions decision by mail within 10 days. Student may also call for decision results.
-
Student registers for classes. The initial class registration must be completed manually on paper in coordination with the advisor; subsequent registrations may be completed online.
-
Student begins class; tuition bills are mailed from the Business Office.
