During his 36 year tenure at Cabrini College, Professor Kuhns prepared numerous students to become great teachers. Through his nurturing guidance, he helped students to realize their potential in the field of education and gave them knowledge and teaching skills that they, in turn, have brought to over 250 area schools. In June 2006, Professor Kuhns lost his battle with cancer. Since that day, alumni, faculty, staff, friends, and family have diligently donated to the William Kuhns Scholarship effort.
