The faculty, administration, and Board of Trustees all have a role in the formation of policies affecting faculty members at Cabrini.
Topics covered in this document include shared governance, academic planning, program review, academic honesty, student grievances, promotion and tenure, faculty grants and sabbaticals, professional development, ethics, salary, benefits, and confidentiality.
Many policies are developed through the collaboration of the faculty and the University administration and follow the procedures described in this Handbook.
The information included in this Handbook has been reviewed, endorsed, and approved by the faculty, administration, and the Board of Trustees, as appropriate.
Final authority for the approval of all University policies is vested in the Board of Trustees.
The Board delegates to the President, as the chief executive officer, the power and responsibility to implement and enforce policy.
