First Year Experience

During their first year at Cabrini, students in Learning Communities (LCs) get the opportunity to live and study together, exploring a specific theme.

First-Year Advising is tied to a student’s Cabrini Success Seminar (College 101) and continues throughout the academic year. The Engagement with the Common Good series continues for four years.

For more information, contact Dan Remmes, Assistant Director, First-Year Experience and Student Transitions, at dr7012@cabrini.edu or 610.902.8565.

During Beginnings: Summer Orientation, incoming students and their families come to campus, develop a sense of community, learn more about Cabrini, and make new friends.

Leading up to the first day of classes, New Student Orientation helps new students and their families transition to life at Cabrini.

The Welcoming Mass and Matriculation ceremony formally welcome the next class of students.
