Federal Work-Study
The Financial Aid Office awards Federal Work-Study to students based on significant need as demonstrated on the FAFSA and availability of funds.
Federal Work-Study is an earning potential, and should not be subtracted from any bill sent by the College.
Student Employment Form (PDF)
- Section 1 - Students must complete and sign.
- Section 2 - The Financial Aid Office will fill out this section when the department supervisor submits paperwork.
- Section 3 - This will be completed by your department supervisor.
I-9 Form
- Section 1 - Students must complete and sign pages 7 and 8 only.
- Section 2 - Department supervisors must review and verify identification.
Bring a copy of one ID from list A or one ID from list B and list C.
- Section 3 - Department supervisors complete this section.
W-4 Form
Students only need to complete the bottom portion of page 1 of the W-4.
Direct Deposit Authorization Form (PDF)
All Work Study students are required to have their paychecks directly deposited into their checking or savings account.
Local Services Tax-Exemption Certificate (PDF)
Follow directions on the top of the township form and complete page 1 and 2.
