PA has 300+ schools involved in regional science competition tournaments. This position would include working to maintain a database of all the schools involved in PASO, coordinating mailings, sorting through archival data, helping to organize the regional tournaments, helping with a new elementary-school outreach, and collecting survey data. - Must be available to help run the regional tournament on March 4th (Monday of Spring Break), which will include coming in on Sunday before the tournament as well.

The DRC Assistant will be responsible for filing student information, creating folders, labeling folders, shredding, supplying the DRC testing room (sharpened pencils, pens, bluebooks, scantron sheets and printing paper), decorating and placing information on the bulletin board, bringing completed tests to the Faculty Support Office and entering information on the DRC database. Information must be kept confidential.
