The office of the Registrar, located in Grace Hall, coordinates registration, grading, auditing, official class schedules, ordering of diplomas, and degree-completion verifications not covered by the National Student Clearinghouse.
This office is also responsible for fulfilling transcript requests for all current students and graduates, and completing loan deferment forms, Veterans Administration forms, and enrollment verifications for the student population.
Summer/Fall 2010 Registration
Online registration opportunities for the Summer/Fall 2010 terms begin for Graduate program students on March 15, 2010.
Undergraduate students are assigned a registration start date based on the number of earned credits in their academic record as of January 11, 2010.
Therefore, their registration start dates are as follows:

Seniors (90+ credits earned)
Registration opens March 23, 2010

Juniors (60 – 89.9 credits earned)
Registration opens March 25, 2010

Sophomores (30 – 59.9 earned credits)
Registration opens March 29, 2010

Transcripts
All transcript requests must be made in writing along with a payment of $3 for each official transcript. Transcript requests are usually processed within 24 hours.
Graduation
Regardless of participation in Commencement, all students must apply for graduation.
