The Registrar’s Office is located in the Cavalier Express Center in Grace Hall.
This office coordinates registration, grading, auditing, official class schedules, ordering diplomas, and degree-completion verifications not covered by the National Student Clearinghouse.
Transcript requests for all current students and graduates, loan-deferment forms, forms for the Veterans Administration, and enrollment verifications are also handled by the Registrar’s Office.

Fall 2012 Registration Information
This page offers important information on course offerings for fall 2012 course offerings as well as the tentative final exam schedule for fall 2012.
Web registration for fall 2012 opens on April 2, 2012 for all Graduate students. Undergraduate registration is staggered based on credits earned by the start of the spring 2012 semester:
4/10/12 Seniors (90+ credits earned by 1/18/12)
4/12/12 Juniors (60+ credits earned by 1/18/12)
4/16/12 Sophomores (30+ credits earned by 1/18/12)
4/19/12 First Year students (0-29.9 credits earned by 1/18/12)
Transcripts
All transcript requests must be made in writing along with a payment of $3 for each official transcript. Transcript requests are usually processed within 24 hours.
Graduation
Regardless of participation in Commencement, all students must apply for graduation.
