Greetings from Cabrini College, and thank you for visiting the College’s website.
If you haven’t already, I encourage you to look around this site to learn more about the abundant opportunities that Cabrini College offers. You won’t be disappointed.
Since having the honor of being named the eighth President of Cabrini College, and beginning my presidency on July 1, 2014, I have learned the value of a Cabrini education. It’s a value rooted in mission.
Cabrini College was founded in 1957 by the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus to provide an education not only for the mind, but an education that transforms the whole person.
This Education of the Heart mission of academic excellence, leadership development and a commitment to social justice was envisioned more than 100 years ago by the College’s namesake, Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini.
Today, that mission continues through accomplished faculty and staff who mentor students to achieve the success they want to achieve for themselves and for the world.
And achieve they do. In fact, 10 months after graduation, 95 percent of Cabrini College graduates report being either employed, in graduate school, or both.
Across the country and around the world, you can find Cabrini alumni as CEOs of corporations, founders of thriving small businesses, and innovative leaders in virtually every field.
Just as Cabrini prepares students to be leaders in their careers, the College’s commitment to social justice equips students with the knowledge and tools to effect real‑world change.
Through our Justice Matters core curriculum, students blend theory with practice to bring justice to the world’s most marginalized and disenfranchised.
To prospective students and parents, I invite you to a collegiate experience that does more than just educates the mind, but transforms learners into people poised for success and prepared for leadership.
I invite you to Do Something Extraordinary at Cabrini College.
In the Cabrini tradition,
Donald B. Taylor, Ph.D. President
