This working group will consider the fundamental elements of Standards 1, 4, 5, and 6, how Cabrini College examines, publicizes and integrates mission amongst internal and external constituencies, as well as how mission drives decision making at every level of the institution.
The group will:
review the leadership and governance systems within the institution, paying particular attention to shared governance and assessment of existing governance systems
evaluate the administrative function of the College, how mission drives administrative decision making, and the effectiveness of assessments of institutional leadership
determine the extent to which integrity is maintained in hiring, training and evaluation of employees, including how ethical practices and equitable treatment are employed across the College Diversity and inclusivity will be analyzed in institutional policies and practice.
ensure that Cabrini has developed and implemented an assessment process that evaluates its overall effectiveness in achieving its mission and goals and its compliance with accreditation standards
