Vincent Prestileo, Jr., embarked upon his journey to a successful career in real estate early, while still a student at Cabrini. As an undergraduate, he served as president of the college’s Finance Association.
After graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2004, Vincent parlayed his experience at Cabrini into impressive real-world success. With his first foray into the field, Vincent was named top producing “Rookie Realtor” at Russo Real Estate.
In 2006, Vincent joined RE/MAX Hometown as a member of the John McFadden Team, which consistently remains a top-producing group within the Tristate area, even during times of economic downturn. At RE/MAX, Vincent’s clients range from first-time home buyers to retirees looking to downsize their family homes.
He spends a majority of his day negotiating, promoting, and preparing information to assist his clients in buying, selling and renting. Vincent’s attention to detail when computing budgets, obtaining proper qualifications, determining market values, and understanding current market conditions translates into the best deals possible.
His work has paid off, with more than 130 transactions totaling $30,000,000 in sales volume so far and in 2010 he was recognized by Philadelphia Magazine as a Five Star real estate agent.
Since 2008, Vincent has been a partner in West Haven Investments, a company that invests in neighborhoods through the renovation of homes. He also dedicates his time to the Young Professional Network, the local sub-chapter of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Vincent has also remained dedicated to Cabrini as an active participant since graduating. He is very involved with alumni activity, assisting in planning Alumni Weekend and participating in events such as Team Trivia Night and Alumni Career Speed Networking.
He has also remained involved in aspects of campus life with current students, joining Dr. Harris’ panel of graduates who speak to Finance seniors about their career paths following graduation. His work at the school was honored when he received the Young Alumni Award in 2010.
Vincent currently resides in Aston PA (Upper Chichester Twp), Pa. with his wife, Heather, and their daughter, Brielle.
