Frank R. Emmerich Jr. is one of Philadelphia's leading commercial trial lawyers. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to smaller entrepreneurial businesses.
His recent practice has included the defense of class action lawsuits, intellectual property disputes, catastrophic losses, engineering and banking matters.
At Conrad O'Brien P.C., he serves on the firm's executive committee, managing the day-today and long-term direction of the firm.
In 2008, he was selected a "Lawyer on the Fast Track"—a recognition given by the Legal Intelligencer to 35 attorneys in Pennsylvania for outstanding contributions to the legal community and the community at large.
Emmerich earned a bachelor of arts in English/Communication and political science from Cabrini College in 1992. He received a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1995 where he served as editor-in-chief of the Law Review.
He is also a Fellow of Temple University School of Law's Academy of Advocacy. He previously served on Cabrini's Alumni Board and as an ad hoc member of the Stewardship Committee of the Board of Trustees.
Frank and his wife, Angela M. Corbo, Ph.D. ’90, live in Glenside, Pa. He is an active volunteer for St. Luke's Catholic Church.
