The Office of Institutional Planning and Effectiveness oversees strategic planning and effectiveness, mission integration, Human Resources and diversity.
The office is responsible for developing and maintaining institutional databases and for publishing an annual Fact Book supporting decision-making and planning.
In addition, the office is responsible for all external data requests, including many surveys, such as College Board and US News & World Report.
Institutional Planning and Effectiveness plays a key role in working with academic departments, as well as other appropriate faculty and administrative staff, to develop and implement a comprehensive institutional effectiveness plan for the College.
The office assists in the administration, collection, and analysis of student, faculty, and staff surveys.
