Cabrini faculty and staff can reserve rooms on campus using the EMS system.
EMS Instructions
- Log on to http://ems.cabrini.edu.
- Enter user name and password*.
- Go to the Reservations tab
- Click "Room Request" or "Extended Time Room Requestor"
- Select the date, time, and facility (building).
- Add the number of attendance.
- Click the blue "Find Space" button.
- Review available spaces on the right and click the (+) plus sign next to the room you’d like to request.
- Click "Continue".
- Complete all the required form fields, marked with a red star.
- Add audio visual, conference phone, and/or lock/unlock if necessary.
- Click "Submit".
*User name is short Cabrini email address with initials and numbers ending with "@cabrini.edu".
Initial password is "password". To edit, click "My Account" and "Edit My Account".
Those requesting a room will receive a confirmation email from the scheduling manager.
